1:1 Chrysalis Coaching Virtual or in-person, one-on-one partnership moving through all four phases at your pace. Typical package is 12 - 24 sessions of 1 hour each within 6-12 months. Meeting biweekly online or in person at cafes or co-working place if the location works.

Chrysalis Retreat (Group Immersive) For those who want to move through Arrival and Dissolve in immersive community, then continue Reform and Emerge in follow-up 1:1 sessions. Typical package include one week retreat and follow up sessions within 3-6 months
