“Become who you are.” — Friedrich Nietzsche
Born and raised in Vietnam, my life and career have unfolded across continents—and my journey has been anything but ordinary. Each chapter has shaped the global perspective and depth I bring to my work as a coach today.
My professional path began in the fashion industry in London, where I worked as an account and merchandising manager for leading clothing companies. Partnering with international teams, I delivered high-quality orders under tight timelines for major UK high-street clothing brands. It was there that I developed a deep understanding of performance, leadership dynamics, and how strong systems enable sustainable growth.
I later returned to Vietnam and built my own womenswear brand from the ground up—overseeing the creative direction, production, and commercial strategy, and bringing my collections to market through established department stores. This experience taught me how to navigate complexity with clarity: transforming ideas into viable businesses, streamlining operations, and cultivating a strong, supportive team culture that fuels long-term success.
After this chapter, I relocated to Los Angeles, where I now live and work. When Covid-19 hit, I sold my business and experienced what I call a “life quake”—a profound transition that invited deep self-reflection and a reimagining of purpose. During this time, I immersed myself in personal development and the study of human behavior, seeking to understand why we do what we do and how people navigate change.
As part of this exploration, I attended Modern Elder Academy, the world’s first wisdom school in the United States, founded by Chip Conley, a well known hospitality entrepreneur. There, I gained deep insight into the challenges of modern midlife—identity shifts, career transitions, and the desire to create a second half of life that is both meaningful and fulfilling. This experience shaped my work supporting clients through transition, helping them consciously design what comes next.
I formally trained as a Certified Life, Business, and Leadership Coach at iPEC in the United States and am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Based in Los Angeles, I coach clients across the US and globally.
Through my entrepreneurial background, cross-continental life experience, and wisdom-centered training, I understand the beauty, complexity, and possibility inherent in our life and leadership journeys. Today, I coach startup founders, high-achieving professionals one-on-one, and facilitate workshops for groups and individuals—supporting them to lead their lives with clarity, confidence, and impact, and to build careers and lives that truly fit who they are becoming.
